Easy to find what I wanted online and simple to place the order. Great communication in terms of email updates about when the order is ready. All thjat was five star quality. But Box City has only one employee in the Marina Del Rey office; so the pick-up was inefficient and took way too long. The solo employee did a fine job, but it takes a long time to fill out a shipping order for a pair of boxes, so we had to wait about 15 mintues for a simple pick-up transaction that took 20 seconds. Hire another worjker!
